RETAINER = $500
Non-refundable Fee - this reserves your spot in my chair on an agreed upon DATE for your new install.
When upheld - this fee will be deducted from the total cost of service rendered. It does not apply to the purchase of hair OR imply ownership of hair purchased for your appointment.
RESCHEDULES
If for some reason you cannot keep the previously agreed upon date and need to reschedule (and you gave sufficient notice) - the RETAINER carries a grace-period of 3-4 weeks.
In the event that I need to reschedule - retainer fee will be accommodated within a stylist grace-period (4-6 weeks).
LATE / NO SHOW / CANCELATION
For the courtesy of other clients please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 30min late you will need to reschedule.
NEW INSTALLS: In the event that you do not show OR need to cancel but give less than 72 hours notice - you forfeit the option to apply the RETAINER to the total cost of service billed.
ADJUSTMENTS: In the event that you do not show OR need to cancel but give less than 48 hours notice - you must pay 50% of the missed service in order to rebook. This fee WILL NOT be applied to the reschedule (it is a cancelation fee for the missed appointment).
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We understand that life happens (medical/family emergencies, weather, COVID) so please contact me as soon as you know you cannot keep your appointment.
